Everybody needs to change in their lifetime. The Habit Code is the search for the simple way to start new habits, and to banish bad habits. The sub conscious mind is the key to being able to change in this way and it is my hope that this site will give people the methods and knowledge to realize that change.
The Habit Code Philosophy is based on a quote by Benjamin Franklin, that quote is:-
“Your net worth to the world is usually determined by what remains after your bad habits are subtracted from your good ones.”
This site is dedicated to finding out how habits effect our lives… how changing just one habit, however small, can have such an enormous effect on the others in our lives.
I am also trying to uncover how habits are formed and why they are so hard to break. If you have any insight into anything related to habits then please let me know.
I was a smoker for over 25 years and then one day I managed to stop, I never thought I had the will power to ever just give up nicotine. It happened and I’m proud of the fact. I want to disect how I managed to do it.
The study process has thrown up several connections between the psychology of humans and spirituality. It’s really got interesting and I hope you’ll follow me on my journey by reading some posts on the blog.
