Thanks Dr Ebeling for making me aware of the 1925 version, I will make sure I get a copy straight away.

In the first chapter, is the Master Mind given an explanation?

Thanks,

John.

Hi Boho,

The site is not as active as I'd like ( I've been interested in habit for a long time now ) but I have too many projects on the go at once. I set up this site because of the interest I have and I left it up to see if anyone cared about my thoughts.

Your comment reply is exactly the feedback I need to start to build the site and thanks for pointing out the info on The Alexander Technique. Just what I needed.

As for the anonymity, I don't know why, I just set up the blog with an admin name.

I'll probably change that to my real name at some point.

Thanks again.

Just found the site. A great idea and very useful. But is it still active? Any reason for the anonymity?

People interested in changing a habit might look up the Alexander Technique by Googling. He overcame a severe conditioned reflex and made a career of helping others. Interesting psychology and method.
